Most products do not fail because teams lack ideas. They fail because shipping even a simple web app now requires stitching together too many tools, contracts, and operational decisions before real product work begins.
Why App Marché exists
In most stacks, frontend, backend, data, auth, deployment, and observability are separate products. Each one is valid on its own. The problem is the seams between them. Every seam creates integration overhead, drift, and latency in decision-making.
Teams lose weeks in setup, then lose months carrying complexity they did not intend to own. Individual builders feel this even more: no-code gets you started quickly, but many tools break down the moment you need real conditional logic, reusable behavior, or controlled data flow.
What App Marché is
App Marché is a full-stack application platform with one execution model from idea to production. You design the interface, define behavior, manage data, and publish from the same place, with the same mental model.
- Visual builder for fast iteration on real product surfaces.
- Nenu language for readable, explicit application behavior.
- Compiler, type system, and execution engine designed as one system.
- Built-in data, auth, API, and deployment flow with no glue code.
Nenu: logic that stays understandable
Nenu is our language for defining app behavior without hiding the important parts. The design goal is straightforward: humans should be able to read business logic quickly, and the system should still compile it into a predictable, high-performance execution path.
You should not have to choose between 'easy to start' and 'serious enough to scale.' Nenu and the visual builder work together so teams can move quickly early, then keep the same system as product complexity increases.
Architecture principle: one source of truth
App Marché is not a wrapper around disconnected services. It is an integrated architecture where compiler, type system, runtime, and platform primitives are designed to work together. That lets us remove classes of mismatch that usually appear between layers.
If the platform model is coherent, product teams can spend more time on product decisions and less time on infrastructure negotiations.
Who this is for
If you are an engineer tired of rewriting scaffolding for every project, this is for you. If you are a product builder who wants to ship real applications without building an ops team first, this is also for you.
App Marché is currently pre-alpha. Over the next posts, we will publish the deeper technical decisions behind the precompiler, type system, and platform architecture. If you want early access, follow the journey and start building with us.
